Position Summary:
The Managing Director will oversee the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and project delivery at Luxus Build. This position calls for a seasoned architect with a passion for leadership and a strong history of delivering exceptional architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing teams and leading successful K-12, public school, higher education, or municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the overall management and operations of the firm to achieve strategic goals.
• Lead project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to budgets.
• Inspire and guide the architectural team through strong leadership and vision.
• Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Spearhead business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative and effective design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with at least 15 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading architectural teams.
• Expertise in K-12, public school, higher education, or municipal project sectors.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
