ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule and implement daily manpower, inventory material, tools, and equipment
- Educate crew members and peers on NEC compliance & installation efficiencies
- Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement. Quality vs. Quantity
- Entry level utilization of financial data to improve profitability. Purchase regulates and control material inventory
- Strong Industrial project experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - Journeyman or Master License
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the industrial electrical field
- Knowledge of NEC requirements and strong trade skills
- Able to pass Background / Drug Test
- Valid Drivers License / Clean MVR
