The Senior Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business development, optimize customer experience, and build the multifamily property management marketing department's strategic roadmap. This leader will also be heavily focused on high-touch business development pitches and collaborating with executive leadership and clients to ensure leasing and business goals are met. The candidate must have strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and business intelligence to elevate Level 10's presence in the Twin Cities market.
