travel retail and the LATAM region . This role is instrumental in driving market presence and revenue through strategic initiatives and requires travel (30%)
Key Responsibilities Market Strategy & Analysis: - Develop trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in travel retail and LATAM.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to optimize performance.
In-Store Execution & Planning: - Design effective planograms, optimize product placement, and support visual merchandising.
- Lead the creation of in-store displays and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
Revenue Optimization & Analytics: - Monitor trade marketing campaign performance and report on ROI.
- Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Stakeholder Relationships: - Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements, collect A&P funds, and ensure contract compliance.
Inventory & Project Management: - Oversee inventory and timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related roles with a focus on revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel (30%).
- Technical expertise in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and strategy development.
