Trade Marketing Manager - Revenue Growth Focus
The Staff Pad has partnered with a dynamic organization to identify an experienced Trade Marketing Manager specializing in revenue growth to lead trade marketing efforts across travel retail and the LATAM region . This role is instrumental in driving market presence and revenue through strategic initiatives and requires travel (30%)
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Analysis:
  • Develop trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in travel retail and LATAM.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to optimize performance.
In-Store Execution & Planning:
  • Design effective planograms, optimize product placement, and support visual merchandising.
  • Lead the creation of in-store displays and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
Revenue Optimization & Analytics:
  • Monitor trade marketing campaign performance and report on ROI.
  • Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements, collect A&P funds, and ensure contract compliance.
Inventory & Project Management:
  • Oversee inventory and timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related roles with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel (30%).
  • Technical expertise in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and strategy development.
