Job Overview:
JE Plumbing and Heating of LI is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in leading plumbing projects, mentoring team members, and helping to train and teach others. You'll ensure high-quality workmanship on both residential and commercial jobs. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Lead and manage plumbing projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Oversee, mentor, and actively help train and teach plumbers and apprentices to promote skill development and teamwork.
• Perform and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Monitor job progress and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Promote a positive and efficient work environment that aligns with company values.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar foreman or senior mechanic role in plumbing (residential and commercial).
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Effective leadership, communication, and teaching skills, with a commitment to mentoring and developing a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
