JOB DESCRIPTION This position involves researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries promptly, accurately, and objectively. The role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to evaluate customer situations to provide timely resolutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Data Entry and typing experience
- 1+ years health care or health insurance experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS - Experience working with various lines of business, i.e. CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
