JOB DESCRIPTION - Create reports, insights, and analytics to support the division's objectives.
- Generate report specifications tailored to meet business needs.
- Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams in report development.
- Produce datasets and reports for in-depth analysis.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support strategic initiatives.
- Interface between business and data teams to develop actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand divisional data requirements and build strong relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in managed care or network management involving independent work and judgment
- Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata, or other reporting tools/languages.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
- Experience leading projects and junior analysts.
