Select Staffing is now hiring a Sea Freight Import and Export Coordinator for a well-known freight forwarding company in Brisbane and South San Francisco, CA!
Pay: $25-$28/hr. BOE
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 11:00am to 8:00pm, be flexible for OT and weekend, holiday
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Insure smooth and efficient import and export operations
• Receive orders/bookings from customers
• Coordinate with clients regarding freight clearance instruction, type of Bill of Entry and prepare documentation for customs clearance
• Communicate proactively with customers on shipment status
• Insures KPI performance accordingly to customer agreements and network requirements
• Resolve issues regarding cargo shortage/ damage/ claims
• Maintain systems and operational processes
• Support for exhibition, hotel logistics and project shipments
