SourceProSearch is seeking two experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegals to join the team. Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents such as Bill of Particulars, Discovery, Summons & Complaint
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Liaising with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Managing and organizing case files and documents
- Providing administrative support to attorneys as required
Requirements: - Previous experience as a paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury law
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to personal injury cases
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
This is an in-office position offering a
