Position Overview: This role is designed for an experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring diverse teams across all project phases. You will oversee project execution, planning, and scheduling while ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractor relationships, optimizing field operations, maintaining project documentation, and leading efficient closeout processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, extensive industry knowledge, and strong leadership skills to drive success.
Position Responsibilities: - Promote mentoring across all trade levels.
- Address and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and execute project "Master Plans."
- Manage CPMI processes and schedule work activities.
- Track tools, materials, and equipment.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and project quality.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain inspector relationships.
- Update labor hours and cost reports weekly with project management.
- Maximize project efficiency with planning and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Train and mentor field staff; participate in training programs.
- Ensure accurate timecard submissions and efficient project closeout.
Qualifications - Expert in the field with 15+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experienced leader managing critical programs and objectives.
- Skilled in high-level negotiations and business strategy.
- Makes impactful decisions across the organization.
Compensation and Benefits - Base Salary : $140,000 - $180,000.
