Job Title: Electrical Superintendent
Location: Orlando Area
Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Superintendent to oversee high-rise construction projects of 20+ stories in Orlando and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing crews and running electrical projects, with at least 10 years of industry experience and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage electrical crews on high-rise construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, labor hours, and materials.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to crew members, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, with at least 2 years managing crews and running projects.
- Proven experience with high-rise construction projects (20+ stories).
- Preferred qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English), Journeyman license, OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
