Location: Headquarters is in the DC Metro, opportunity offers remote flexibility Overview: Muller Infrastructure is a P3 developer that provides alternative delivery solutions for higher education institutions and municipalities. We are seeking an experienced and motivated President to lead our company's expansion efforts in infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have existing strong relationships with higher education business office reps and municipalities (particularly in the Mid-Atlantic USA region) and be knowledgeable of alternative delivery mechanics and strategies. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing the company's P3 or Public-Private Partnership business strategy.Responsibilities: Suggest P3 marketing strategies to create opportunities, both in the Mid-Atlantic (developer and general contractor) and throughout the country (developer only).Research and make suggestions to CEO on P3 project types and strategies that can be offered and partnerships that can be formed to capture attention of potential clients, address most common pain points, and improve win rates.Manage, motivate, and work with the internal BD team, marketing team, consultants, and advisors daily to engage with Higher Ed and municipality decision makers (C-suite).Attend industry events to form relationships with higher ed and municipality decision makers (C-suite).Qualify opportunities and prioritize them to move deals forward strategically.Work with internal BD/marketing/data team and advisors to generate leads, propose deal structure options to clients, locate and facilitate relationships with strategic partners/stakeholders, calculate project risks, kick off and manage projects.Network with industry professionals and stay informed about P3 opportunities and partnerships for CEO evaluation.Aggressively focus on hitting KPIs daily.Provide concise and effective updates to the CEO.Proactively communicate with the CEO on resources needed to achieve goals.Ensure the entire team maintains a sense of urgency to meet objectives.Prioritize the most important and time-sensitive tasks to ensure focus on critical areas.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of P3 experience.A high-level understanding of infrastructure, P3s, and project development & delivery (preferred but not required).Strong existing relationships with higher education business office contacts (COO, CFO) in the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, VA, MD, DE, WV, PA & NC) and throughout the country.At least 10 years’ professional experience.Understanding of how such institutions function (politics, decision-making, parlance, bureaucracy, culture, capital planning, budgeting).Outgoing, engaging, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to work independently, coordinate with HQ, and manage multiple, long-lead project development activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
