$250,000-$300,000 +
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and vision to drive the growth and success. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to, strategic planning, business development, financial management, and organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's footprint in existing and new territories.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Business Development and Growth:
  • Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients, partners, and distribution channels.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
  • Drive product innovation and development to meet the evolving needs of clients and the marketplace.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
Organizational Leadership:
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a high-performing team capable of executing the company's strategic objectives.
Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks through effective risk management practices and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the insurance industry.
Qualifications :
  • Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within the commercial insurance industry, preferably in the workers' compensation sector.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive organizational change.
  • A visionary thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.
