We are seeking an experienced Glass Fabrication Supervisor to take the lead in setting up our manufacturing facility and building a top-notch production team. Looking for someone that has:

• Extensive experience in glass fabrication
• Proven leadership in manufacturing settings.
• Expertise in glass fabrication processes like cutting, shaping, polishing, tempering, and managing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise glass fabrication processes to ensure top quality and efficiency.
• Lead the setup of the manufacturing facility, including equipment installation and workflow design.
• Hire, train, and mentor production workers while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop innovative operational strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 years in glass fabrication, including supervisory roles.
• Leadership: Skilled in managing teams and fostering professional growth.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of glass fabrication techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Competencies: Problem-solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Education: A technical or engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory.
