I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit a mid-senior level commercial litigation attorney to join their Indianapolis office.

Responsibilities:

• This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• Handle fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and clients.
• Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Indiana state bar.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience - ideally gained in a large law firm setting.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
