Our client, InFolk, is seeking a visionary Co-Founder/CEO to join their team and lead the company as CEO. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving go-to-market initiatives, and building a robust business development strategy. As Co-Founder and CEO, you will spearhead growth efforts, foster high-level partnerships, and position the company as a leader in delivering cutting-edge software solutions to business leaders. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in both strategy and execution, with a passion for scaling businesses and fostering innovation but is comfortable being the single member of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with its mission to empower small business leaders through innovative software solutions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans to accelerate adoption, drive revenue, and capture market share. Leverage market insights to position the company's solutions effectively.
- Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners while identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand market presence. Drive revenue growth by cultivating strategic partnerships and fostering client trust.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Assemble, inspire, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Develop and retain top talent to support long-term growth.
- Product Collaboration: Ensure the company's offerings remain at the forefront of market trends and client needs, driving innovation and value creation.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy development, business development, and scaling revenue-driven organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on leadership experience, with a balance of operational oversight and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of cultivating successful client and partner relationships.
- Deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry and a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Compensation: - Base Salary: $100k-$200k
- Equity: Ownership stake commensurate with the Co-Founder role
