Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing legal documents such as loan documents, mortgages, and UCCs. Additionally, you will conduct title searches and handle the electronic filing of relevant documents.

  • Organize, maintain, and update case files and databases
  • Review and draft routine legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Conduct online title searches to gather necessary transaction information
  • Manage the electronic filing of documents with relevant agencies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • Experience with online title research and electronic filing systems
