A leading provider of affordable housing and community services is seeking a dynamic CEO to lead and manage the organization. Under the direction of the Board of Trustees, the CEO will drive the strategic direction, financial health, operational efficiency, and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial management, and program execution.
• Foster stakeholder relations, public relations, and promote the organizations mission.
• Provide leadership across all areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, ideally in affordable housing or related industry.
• Proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operations.
• Must have valid NYS driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations.
