Ensure the smooth operation of PLC-controlled equipment and assist with modifications or upgrades as needed. Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity. Follow all OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service logs and spare parts inventory. Work closely with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve technical issues. Participate in system installations, equipment setup, and commissioning of new systems. Provide technical support and training to production teams as needed.
