Job Description

Next Phase Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This role involves supporting senior advisors in delivering personalized retirement planning and investment strategies, while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist senior advisors in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans.

• Conduct research and analysis on investment options and financial products.

• Participate in client meetings, providing support and ensuring follow-ups are timely and professional.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and client presentations.

• Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Series 65 and Alabama Life Insurance designation (or actively working towards these certifications).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools (e.g., IncomeLab, Social Security Timing).
