Key Responsibilities of Executive Director (ED):
  • Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and resident satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and achieve financial goals.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all local, state, and federal guidelines are met.
  • Resident Experience: Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
