Beyond transforming homes, we are dedicated to building lasting relationships and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Director of Face to Face Marketing to lead and oversee our Retail, Shows & Events and Canvassing teams. This individual will play a critical role in driving lead generation, optimizing field marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled leader, and a hands-on operator passionate about driving growth through innovative and effective marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy :Develop and execute the overarching field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales goals.Lead, coach, and manage the Events and Canvassing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and high performance.Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for both teams, ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation goals.Retail Marketing Management:Oversee the strategy and execution of retail partnerships to generate high-quality leads.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Costco, Walmart’s, and other big-box retailers.Work closely with retail teams to optimize in-store displays, signage, and marketing collateral to maximize brand visibility.Ensure alignment between retail strategies and overall marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to drive lead acquisition.Develop and implement training programs for staff to effectively communicate the value of Expo Home Improvement services.Monitor retail lead performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Event Marketing Management :Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing events, ensuring they generate quality leads.Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to execute successful events that maximize brand visibility and engagement.Develop a calendar of high-impact events, including home shows, trade shows, and community outreach programs.Canvassing Operations Management :Drive the growth and efficiency of the canvassing program, identifying and targeting high-potential areas for lead generation.Partner with canvassing managers to recruit, train, and retain top-performing canvassing teams.Ensure compliance with safety and company standards during canvassing activities.Performance Monitoring & Optimization :Analyze performance data from events and canvassing activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.Provide detailed reporting to senior leadership on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, leveraging insights to enhance field marketing efforts.Collaboration & Communication :Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to align field marketing efforts with broader business strategies.Act as a liaison between leadership and field teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback.RequirementsQualifications:Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or canvassing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term planning and day-to-day execution.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events or canvassing activities.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.Benefits Package:401(k) with employer matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesWhy Join Us?
