Description
The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall marketing strategy and driving business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of brand development, marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The Marketing Director will oversee direct-to-customer marketing communications, social media, print marketing, and graphic design and ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and tone across all channels. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include new customer acquisition, customer retention, brand awareness along with channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Communicate our brand promises and key differentiators in marketing materials
  • Oversee all marketing communications, ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice, tone, and overall identity.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, fostering engagement and expanding our digital footprint.
  • Lead the graphic design team to produce visually compelling assets that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital-focused industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, email, print, and social media management.
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
