Houses, schools, medical projects, multi family, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and so much more is on the docket already.
Senior Construction Superintendent Role: - Oversee all field work on large commercial construction projects, including mixed use projects, public works projects, office buildings, and more
- Manage daily work on all trades, schedule work and problem solve on site
- Train subs and internal employees as needed to ensure highest quality of work
- Maintain safety, quality control, and enforce job clean-ups
- Assist in successfully closing out a project in a timely, efficient manner to the satisfaction of the design team all others involved

Senior Construction Superintendent Requirements: - 15+ years in the construction space with demonstrated growth from a carpenter into a successful superintendent
- BS in CEM or similar preferred
- Excellent hands on knowledge of building code and best-practices for foundations, framing, MEP & HVAC, building envelopes, roofing and finishes
- Experience creating and managing schedules using modern technology (e.g. Procore, p6 or similar)
- Excellent Communication
