At our facility in Mechanichville- New York, you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Tissue team as the Business Development Manager: Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management/Business Development - Increase revenue from new accounts and secure new regional business.
- Develop strategic sales plans and collaborate with distribution partners.
- Maintain a robust pipeline via Cascades CRM and ensure customer satisfaction.
Account Planning and Management - Develop and manage regional account plans.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Identify growth opportunities through regular business reviews.
Contract and Pricing Management - Support customer pricing and contract negotiations.
- Validate quotes and prices based on margin ranges.
Sales and Market Strategy - Pursue new business opportunities in the Northeast region.
- Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and prepare presentations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Network and promote the brand at industry events.
Reporting - Provide regular reports on sales activities and market conditions.
- Use and update the CRM

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Basic knowledge of supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Demonstrate products and solutions; actively participate in knowledge transfer.
- Superior market and customer knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the Northeast region market.
