Job Description
Great companies need great leaders. The Care Team Manager (CTM) will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and developing caregivers within the franchise territory. This will include all caregiver hiring, recognition programs, training, and performance improvement.
Example of Job Duties:
  • Building strong teams
  • Develop engaging training programs , conduct on-the-job coaching visits , and ensure every caregiver feels valued and empowered.
  • Recognizing hard work, and help caregivers grow in their roles.
  • Lead fun recognition programs like Caregiver of the Month and celebrate outstanding performance with creative rewards and acknowledgments.
  • Manage attendance
Examples of Qualifications :
  • CNA or LPN with people management preferred
  • Must have minimum of one year experience managing employees, hiring and/or on-boarding required, preferably in a healthcare-related setting.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Ability to use critical thinking to proactively prevent and solve problems.
  • Ability to visit clients' homes in the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn software programs quickly.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
