As a Travel Program Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. Job Title: Travel Program Associate
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Pay Range: $21 per hour
What's the Job?

• Review and audit travel and expense documents to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Process expense reports and reimbursement requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Concur Travel System and the Web Travel System, providing guidance to customers.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and engage higher-level staff as needed to resolve customer issues.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in processing expense reports and travel documentation.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards related to travel and expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using travel management systems, particularly Concur.
