Key Qualifications
•The Supply Chain Consultant will provide capability in supply chain to clients in the areas of Demand and Supply Planning. The candidate we seek will need the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and have a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their most pressing issues. On technology transformations, she will provide both best practice market insights and practical implementation advice to clients. Strong understanding of the o9 Supply Chain platform is necessary.
Responsibilities:
•Diagnose and tackle complex business situations in Demand and Supply Planning. Design and implement o9 based technology solutions to address those situations, and demonstrate benefits and value delivered.
•Be part of delivery projects through the project life cycle - from initial pitch through to solution design and activity planning, successful delivery, and knowledge capture
•Participate in deep-dive process design & discovery sessions to understand business needs
•Support sales cycles, communicate potential solutions and outcomes to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
•Good background in Supply Chain concepts.
•Strong understanding of o9. Functional or technical experience on at least two full project life cycles.
•5-10 years of relevant experience in industry role or business software consulting role
•passion for working in customer facing roles.
•Great interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
•MBA or BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field with an excellent academic record
•Self-direction with ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment, working independently and remotely with people at all levels in an organization.
