This role leans slightly more towards MarCom operations than creative, but has room for growth in many directions. You’ll be reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications.If people have described you using any of the following words…go-getter, can-do attitude, superstar, passionate, hard-working, dedicated, reliable, talented, quick-learning, inspired, focused, driven, energetic, effective, results-oriented, fearless, smart, proactive, problem-solver…let’s talk!Responsibilities include:Budget/Finance SupportProcess vendor contracts, purchase requests, invoices, monthly accrualsDigital Asset Management tool (Aprimo) SupportClean up asset types/sub-types and status (completed/published)Add meta tagsDraft monthly tips/what’s new newsletterCompiling reports for monthly metrics, product launches, eventsOwn ordering/inventory/shipping of promotional giveaways, shirts, VIP gifts, bannersBusiness wire postings/press release formatting and translationsWorking with graphic design firm to edit/create digital assets such as product flyers, PR images, board and chip imagesEvent/trade show support as neededSocial media supportDraft weekly posts, upload to Oktopost for reviewWebsite updates (training provided)Content updates in multiple languagesFix quality issues (broken links, typos)Add meta tags to key pagesSmall, manual updates in all five languagesDistributor Contact changesManaging URLs – create short URLs and QR Codes for printed materials like trade show demo posters and design/kit packagingContent translation through OpalLead generation program support working in Marketo (training provided)Campaign creation from templatesMaintain data cleanliness and naming conventionsArchive old campaignsDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, EnglishTravel requirement - 10% - 20% as required for major events.1 to 3+ years of marketing communications, event management, corporate communications or public relations experience. Preferably in the B2B tech industryExcellent organizational, budget management and multi-tasking skills.Excellent English grammar. Knowledge of AP Style.Excellent skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams); Adobe Creative Suite, Docusign.Self-motivated, organized and responsive. Manage workload and priorities effectively. Work well under deadlines. Knows how to prioritize, keep projects running smoothly and manage expectations. Communicate project status/updates proactively.Excellent attention to detail, including strong proofreading capabilities and interest in achieving the highest quality deliverables and outcomes possible.Strong written communication skills.
