As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing team to help enhance brand awareness, meet revenue goals, and contribute to the continued growth of our company. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on key marketing metrics using Microsoft Excel (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Oversee quality control activities for media campaigns to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Manage publisher invoices and payment processes.
- Assist with staffing and coordinating local events.
- Act as the liaison between employees, vendors, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate information flow across the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate team calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel and accommodations.
- Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities for campaign improvements.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
- Assist with client gifting fulfillment and other special projects.
- Track and report on marketing initiatives.
- Support the team by completing additional tasks and reports as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (required).
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
