In September 2025, we’re opening a state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains—a center designed to set new standards in patient experience, convenience, and quality care. Led by top Columbia doctors, this multi-disciplinary facility will offer a wide range of specialized adult and pediatric care all under one roof.

Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and respect. Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Nursing that shape the future of surgical care.
As the Patient Care Director, you will manage all aspects and daily operations for all areas of Perioperative Services. Maintain an autonomous environment that inspires nurses and nursing support staff to reach their full potential. Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvement to enhance the patient experience. Assume front line leadership responsibility and accountability for unit's fiscal performance, resource allocation, scheduling, staff evaluation, and patient care delivery.
This is a full time, days position in White Plains, New York.
Master's degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a master’s degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire
Current New York State Registered Nurse license
Minimum of three years of clinical experience
