  • Shift: 7 on, 7 off. Tuesday-Monday, 9p-7:30a.
  • Start date: ASAP

  • Weekend REQ: Yes - this position is 7 on, 7 off - weekends will be worked.
    Job Requirements
  • Certs REQ: RPh, IL State License.
  • Special Requirements: Hospital experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Blocked 7 on, 7 off schedule.
  • Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/week.
