Neonatology Nurse Practitioner at StaffMed Health Partners summary:

The Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NNP) position involves joining a collaborative team providing advanced care in Level III NICUs across multiple facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Candidates should have at least three years of experience with neonatal patients and demonstrate strong clinical autonomy and teamwork capabilities. The role offers a balanced lifestyle with only six shifts per month, comprehensive benefits, and significant relocation bonuses.

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a busy and growing practice covering several Facilities in the DFW area to assist them with adding skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) to join their dynamic, collaborative and collegial team that consists of skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists.

Position Details:

  • Experience with Level III NICU patients, ideally with at least three years in similar settings
  • Independence in decision-making and clinical autonomy, paired with strong team collaboration skills
  • Proactive approach with strong neonatal pathophysiology knowledge
  • Only six shifts per month, ideal for a balanced lifestyle
  • Level III NICUs with ongoing referrals from Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
  • Participate in a unique, integrated model to provide comprehensive neonatal support
