The Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering in-home primary care and transitional care services as part of a house call program in Edmond, OK. StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician owned and operated practice located in the greater Oklahoma City area to assist them with the recruitment of a Family Medicine APP to conduct in-home visits for transitional care and primary care as part of their house call program in Edmond, OK. Edmond is a northern suburb of Oklahoma City and was recently ranked the third safest and most affordable city in the nation. This opportunity will be in a brand new clinic working alongside all necessary support staff.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
  • Board Certified NP/PA with active license with prescriptive authority in the state of OK
  • Experienced Primary Care experience preferred
  • Sphere head a House Call program
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
