Looking for 2 additional providers who have significant availability to help here.
They would prefer local candidates as they do prefer to plug in candidates where they can as it is sometimes hard for them to work to give locums multiple days in a row. Preference is to post schedule and see what providers can pick up. If they do end up with a candidate that is traveling they will try to give more shifts in a row to help with travel costs.
All of this is in hospital work 12 or 24 hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7am-7am).
PPMC is usually a 24hr shift as it is less intensive but either one will be ok to pick up.
Neonatal physicians are contracted so they don't work for them but partner with them. NNP has patients on their service but are a lot of unit-based support, attend deliveries and do all procedures. Physicians do the daily check ins with patients.
