The Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner position offers a part-time opportunity to assist Veterans in obtaining their VA benefits through comprehensive examinations. The provider will work two days a week, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare without prescribing or treating patients. This role requires a Master's degree and an APRN license, with a strong emphasis on efficient paperwork and scheduling to support Veterans in a timely manner.

Below are a few details about the position:
- Part Time; 2 days/week
- Monday and Friday, 8a-4p
- 3-5 Veterans per 8 hour day
- $500-$550 per/day
- No treating or prescribing
- Assessment experience a plus but not required
- Practitioner MUST have at least 2,080 independent practice hours
When available, examinations begin with a review of the Veteran s medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran s claim.
