Our team is comprised of more than 1,500 primary care and behavioral health clinicians in more than 31 states. Our post-acute care clinicians receive best-in-class orientation and training, a dedicated EHR system and access to ongoing clinical education.

For this opportunity we ask that you be board certified or eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead. You will be rounding in multiple skilled nursing and short-term rehab facilities in the El Paso area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high quality, efficient, and safe care.
  • Communicate to all stakeholders including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient to insure safe care
  • Round on all patients as medically necessary
  • Participate in medical staff or facility committees to improve quality
  • Participate in practice group meetings
  • Work closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician need
  • Submit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentation
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $124,000 to $150,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This position is benefits eligible at 3.5 days a week.
