Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier physical therapy services aligned with professional standards.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment goals, progress, and medical necessity.

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and facilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy education program.
• Active state licensure/registration, as applicable.
