We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent position near Cass Lake, MN. This role involves providing care for a diverse patient population in a Level IV trauma center, with shifts available across day, mid, and night schedules. Ideal candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible and possess necessary certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS.

- Day: 6a-6p
- Mid: 10a-8p
- Night: 6p-6a
- Volume: 15k yearly
- Patients per hour: 1.5-2 (Must be comfortable seeing all Ages)
- Trauma designation: Level IV
- Coverage: Single
- Support: 3 RN s working each shift
- Privileges: 30-90 days
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
