Nurse Practitioner Washington MO (50 miles west of St. Louis)
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice full-time in Washington MO. We are looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner, who enjoys helping others, is a great communicator, and a team player! Preferably the incoming Nurse Practitioner has a background or interest in regen medicine, hormone and IV therapies.

Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluations- focused exams (HPI, medical history, review pertinent medical records/imaging)
• Order and review appropriate tests- Evaluate clinical data
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Perform treatments to include Joint injection/trigger point injections (hips, knees, shoulders) Regen Med, IV Therapy and Hormone Therapy
• Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options and expectations, patient goals, and post care treatments
• Documentation- accurate and timely
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner license in MO
• Experience in regen med, hormone therapies and IV therapies preferred

Schedule:
Full time

Salary (range):
$60-80 per hour (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
