• Shift Length: 8a-5p, Monday through Friday
• Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: WI
• DEA: Yes
• Board Certification: Both, but boarded providers have to be through ABMS or AOA only
• Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are routine for clinic. Does not have to have ATLS due to not covering ER. NRP if doing OB.
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Yes
