We are seeking an experienced New York Labor Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. With offices in White Plains and Long Island , our firm offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, along with the flexibility of a hybrid or potentially fully remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and defend construction companies in workplace accident claims.
• Handle complex New York Labor Law litigation, including cases involving §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6).
• Draft and respond to legal motions and manage case files from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with labor laws and minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a New York Labor Law attorney, with a focus on defending construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of New York Labor Law, including §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6).
• Demonstrated success managing litigation and resolving complex cases.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
