Detailed job description:

Evaluates manufacturing processes

Developing PPAP elements like; PFD, PFMEA and Control plans

Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and researching testing methods.

Suggesting or providing best manufacturing practices for process improvements

Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow. Interacting with equipment vendors.

Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.

Mandatory Skills and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering.

Strong communication skill

Strong knowledge on latest CNC machines and PPAP elements

Working experience in Manufacturing Engineering for 5 to 10 years

Domain knowledge : Off-Highway Vehicles, Heavy Machineries, Automotive, or Aerospace

Ability to work both in collaboration with others on a project team and independently on tasks

Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
