A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef.
We are looking for experienced BOH staff to join the opening team.
Line Cook • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and presentation standards.
• Work efficiently across various stations on the line, including grill, sauté, and pantry.
• Ensure that dishes are cooked to perfection and plated consistently, maintaining the restaurant’s aesthetic and flavor profiles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including your workstation and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Work under pressure during peak service hours to deliver dishes in a timely manner.
• Participate in daily prep and production tasks to ensure readiness for service
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years line cook experience
- Advanced Knife Skills
- Prior Experience in a Kitchen
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work with a team
- Sense of Urgency
