88 Club is a fine dining Chinese Restaurant. We are seeking for a seasoned bar lead with fine dining experience and knowledge in craft cocktail programs to lead the bar team.
- Oversee the service of beverage operation along with food service & maintain overall responsibility for bar service
- Ability to recruit, develop, train, and provide guidance to hourly staff
- Ensure all stocking, side work, prep work and training is done for smooth service and operations at all times
- Ensure bar and bar area will always be left cleaned and organized by all bar staff after shifts and at the end of each day
- Ensure the team is well educated on the food menu and bar/beverage items
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the front of the house staff, ensuring the bar operates efficiently and effectively
- Manage schedules, attendance, and other administrative tasks to control beverage costs including inventory management
- Leads pre-shift meetings and departmental briefings to ensure staff alignment and readiness
- Maintain health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in restaurant/hospitality management in bar service is required.
- Superior guest service and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Demands:
- Requires moderate physical effort, standing, carrying, bending, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds
