Ensuring prompt and friendly service, addressing complaints, and maintaining quality standards
Food safety
Ensuring staff are knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients, and educating them about food allergies
Communication
Giving clear instructions to staff, responding to customer emails and social media posts, and communicating with suppliers
Performance
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to staff
Restaurant supervisor should have a good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service, and be able to multitask. Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
