Bullpen, on behalf of our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking a marketing manager to join their team.

About the Role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, investor engagement, and lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Investor Relations team to position the firm as a premier opportunity provider in the alternative investment space. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing, content creation, with a focus on driving new investor leads.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to broadcast the firm's fund performance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Manage and monitor email and social media campaigns to drive new investor leads.
  • Monitor and optimize website conversion rates to increase investor appointments set.
  • Oversee social media engagement, creation of campaigns and monitor performance
  • Coordinate and execute webinars and events (6-10 per year, plus occasional in-person events).
  • Allocate and manage marketing budget effectively.
  • Leverage video marketing and PR efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including graphics and copy.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in private equity, finance, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Graphic design and video marketing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for lead conversion.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
