Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Truckload Pricing to lead and manage domestic truckload pricing operations. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, offers an exciting opportunity to shape pricing strategies, optimize processes, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer bid processes, contracts, awards, billing systems, and rating structures, including EDI and API data management.
• Assist sales and operations teams with RFIs and RFPs.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to improve win rates and market competitiveness.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to guide pricing initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with partners, including senior and executive leadership.
• Lead process improvement efforts, ensuring industry knowledge and analysis inform strategies.
• Analyze and report key metrics, including volume, yield, and award management.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance tools supporting pricing operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of truckload pricing experience, including 3PL Domestic Over-the-Road expertise.
• Deep knowledge of the truckload marketplace and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; data analytics tools preferred.
• Experience with McLeod software required; Four Kites and Project 44 experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead data-driven initiatives and collaborate across teams.

Additional Information
Base Salary - USD $90,000 - $120,000
