The Construction Assistant is responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Maintain facility capital equipment and construction data base
- Using software (eBuilder) to process invoices
- Request purchase orders
- Accounts payable
- Assist with regulatory agency compliance documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Required - High school or Equivalent GED
Experience:
Required - 5 years procurement / accounts payable
Preferred - 5 years construction purchase ordering / invoice processing
