Pay: $24 - $25.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Must be flexible)
As an Onsite Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by fostering relationships and working directly with the management team and staff. You'll oversee daily operations, provide strategic support, assist with workforce projections, and act as the liaison between Staffmark and our partners.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise operations within the distribution center and assist with daily management.
• Provide HR and recruiting support and collaborate on strategic planning.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings regarding workforce projections and continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between Staffmark and the client.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a large distribution center environment.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills-both verbal and written.
• "Get it done" attitude with a commitment to operational success.
